YESSSSSSSSSSS, Colder, Rage Against the Machine is so awesome. I suggest you download all of their songs or buy Evil Empire and Renegades, to add to your workout cds.

THURSDAY, THRICE-------------- I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle-victorious. --Vince Lombardi "Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. hey ogun, i saw your request and I listen to Kottonmouth Kings. They are a rap metal/punky band. They have been undergrund for a long time but they have some great beats and the music isn't about crap like shooting people or anything. The artists are truely in a class of their own. I love to listen to that because it gives me all the pump I need. For anyone else, I recommend the new headbangers ball. It has some great music from bands that are unknown or not "mainstream" check it out for a pump. -------------- jarisman, USMC |

You must work out at Bally Toatl Fitness! The music there put me to sleep..... Scorpion King soundtrack, Dirty Vegas, House of Pain (lame, I know), AC/DC (whooo, the most over-used posing music ever), godsmack, DISTURBED..many more. Anything with a backbeat, you can't lose it... any old way you choose it. ============ Quoting from jdelts: Nothing beats some Barry Manilow and Barbara Striesand ============= |

from a recently read bodybuilding.com article on music... "Tommy Lee - Never a Dull Moment" and "Public Enemy - It Takes a Nation of Millons" CDs, both seem very good as I heard them today before working out. Anyone have any suggestions that would go right along with this type of music/CDs? Not looking for anything too mainstream or depressing (like staind), just something with a good backbeat as asimmer put it.

i discovered the joy of random cd selection, its where you buy a cd because yuo like the picture on the front of the cd. if you dont have something by any of these bands then go get them now: rancid, funeral for a friend, poison the well, him, the clash, jimi hendrix, john frusciante, goldie looking chain (stoopid welsh gangster rap), alien ant farms new album, ataxia, bare naked ladies, lostprophets, cky, and numerous other junk.-------------- guns dont kill people, rappers do call the police, woo woo woo. stay dumb, you know it makes no sense. I was driving the other day and "Holding out for a Hero" song from Footloose came on the radio. I thought to myself, I need to put this on my Mp3, it will make me go really fast on the PreCor. 3/4 of the way through the song I look down and see I'm going 105 mph. Whew, I better get it for my MP3 for sure, but not listen to it in the car!

Hey Everyone
I am constantly changing my workout music because I find that it becomes stagnant so I try to rotate playlists, or just come to forums like this one to find new music. Right now I am listening to: Slipknot - Duality Drowning Pool - Step Up Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People White Zombie - Man without Fear The Killers - Somebody Told Me DMX - One More Road To Cross Blade Theme Music I love high energy techno as well, the Matrix Reloaded Soundtrack is a great album for workout music. Thanks and keep hitting it hard. Jim~~~ |

How can some of u listen 2 fake stuff like slipknot.
Its just 4 kids who like to see ppl in masks painting their nails living in a fairytale land chattin shit thats made up and not even true. Its got 2 be real soulja music, some deep shit which makes u 10 times stronger than u actually are. Theres only one artist that can do that to me... Have u guessed yet? |

Hey everyone, thanks for the great music. I am definitely digging Atreyu. I just rocked a huge workout with them today! I have also found that some Subwoofer tester music seems to have a pretty cool beat. So now I have a mix of upbeat music and hard stuff depending on the day. Take Care

http://www.xtatix.com/tienda/freefone.htm
My MP3 player is the Xtatix Freefone. I’m the first one of my friends to start using it, but it’s catching on fast. The Freefone is the same size as normal headphones and wraps around the back of my head. It has a 1GB MP3 player built into the earpiece and stores 300 songs, plays WMA and MP3 files and has an internal rechargeable battery. The battery life is about 10 hours per charge with loud volume. The coolest thing about my Freefone is that it has absolutely no wires and has nothing to carry, strap around my arm, hang from my neck, etc… It’s definitely the only player I will ever use in the gym or on the track ever again. |

This song is probably listened somewhere here in this forum, but a song i find a great workout song is Eye of the Tiger by: Survivor. Another song i'd listen to when lifting heavy weights is Let's Go by: Lil'Jon & The Eastside Boys-------------- \"Gold medals aren\'t really made of gold. They\'re made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.\" - Dan Gable brachii |
