Haha, I think its funny that other people said dumbbell lunges. I was thinking that as soon as I read the topic.
Dumbbell lunges are definitely my least favorite, but sadly the most effective for sculpting my glute's. -------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right. - If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks. ~Brad~ |

barbell rows...anything that requires perfect form that is difficult to pull off. Most shoulder exercises are horrible too.
From the pure wimpy side of me, I really dread deadlifts..mainly cos they suck the life out of me! |

Bench Press? well that's a little unusual I think. Most people have more problems with leg exercises rather then Chest. Chest is one of my favorite parts to workout.

Overhead triceps extensions - I have a habit of smacking myself in the back of the head, especially towards the end of the last set. Zottman curls aren't a favorite, either, because of the incredible burn I get towards the end, takes a ton of effort not to just drop them on the negative.

lat pull down. And stretching my hamstrings, though that might not be considered an excercise.

Any forearm exercises - without a doubt! I always seem to slack on my forearm workouts because the burn is too much to handle.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. They hurt so much! The burn is incredible and sometimes I don't feel like doing them, but I know they work well, so I do them anyways.

In my Karate class we do walking lunges with a front snap kick on each step. Those are PAINFUL!!! I like the lunges, but when you add that kick, crap! He also has us go all the way to our knee on the lunge, so it actually takes more effort to get up for the next one and hurts the knees in the process.
Other than that, anything with the chest and shoulders are so weak that it frustrates me to perform them. -------------- I will never grow up, just old. Duct tape is like The Force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together. - Carl Zwanzig Jonathan |

Chin-ups. Bench Press is a close 2nd. In my opinion, they are the "lima beans" and "cottage cheese" of the exercise world. Eechh.

I changed my mind - Sissy Squats followed by lunges. My legs are still wobbly after that work-out.

Least favorite leg extensions. I hate doing them and the way my legs look while doing them.
I love lunges, especially walking lunges. It might help if you watch to see how good your body looks while doing them. |
