It was great and easy to do and I started out at lowest level and can slowly bud up as I go along and get better build more strength

joined gym last week. been 5x this week. worked out with a cute personal trainer today. of course she wanted me to sign up for training sessions. would love t hat but not in the budget right now. saw this site and ecided to give this a try.

went for the 3rd day at the gym. things are moving easier. I am not as sore as I was after the 1st day. good workout on the legs on Friday, which is where I had the most pain.
