:dumbbell:i want to lose some weight. i weigh a lot more than the kids at school. but this won't really tell me how to lose it.What do I do?:angry: i'm getting frustrated.
I leave the house at 06:30 for work every morning so no chance of going to gym or running before work. I dont often get time to eat during the day, so apart from my breakfat (usuallly poridge)I don't eat intil after the gym. So is this in effect doing the same?
