Hi. I just joined today and I'm looking for support.
I am a high school student and I work two jobs. I am going to college in the fall and want to get in shape and lose weight for the program I am going to be in.
I currently weigh 220. It's really embarrassing for me. I would like to go down a few sizes and get in good shape.
Will you guys help me?

is bench pressing 55-60kg good or bad for my age? im 14 by the way!

Hey everyone I am new and my name is Latisa. I am a mother of 4 kids the youngest is almost 1 and I still look like I am pregnant. Trying to find a partner to buddy up with to keep me motivated. You can have kids and if you want you can bring them along. I do not mind that. I live in the Cincinnati OH area if you are interested.

hi jen! we are in the same truck with you. I'm 30 years old and waight 194. I have started a healthy diet and my workout here (on freetrainers' plan). I like it... I do it 5 days a week. My goal is 140lbs or 135 lbs by the end of this year. I want go slow this time but to keep these result and feel happy. I tried to go fast few years ago and had a weight 140 lbs. But I felt tired and was hungry all the time. In a while I wasn't able excises and had a depress..........unfortunately all pounds got back as fast as I tried to loose them. How are things going for you now?
