I found and started using daily workout apps.
Today:
2 ab workouts
1 butt workout
1 leg workout
It was great and easy to do and I started out at lowest level and can slowly bud up as I go along and get better build more strength

i HAVE FINALLY MADE THE STEP. I went to the gym yesterday and am a little sore but will be doing some good swim workouts tonight to loosen up. I have finally started back and am so happy.
