Did an hour and twenty minutes of exercise each day. The 21st involved lower body strength training and cardio throughout the day and the 22nd was cardio workouts spread throughout the day

20 minutes of step aerobics in the morning followed by 40 minutes of stairs in the afternoon. In the evening I did strength training with jump rope mixed in for 30 minutes.

went for the 3rd day at the gym. things are moving easier. I am not as sore as I was after the 1st day. good workout on the legs on Friday, which is where I had the most pain.

I found and started using daily workout apps.
Today:
2 ab workouts
1 butt workout
1 leg workout
It was great and easy to do and I started out at lowest level and can slowly bud up as I go along and get better build more strength
