    When I first looked at my workout for today.. I wasn't sure I would be able to do it all. I SURVIVED!!! And I feel good. Got stay motivated.

    went for the 3rd day at the gym.  things are moving easier. I am not as sore as I was after the 1st day.  good workout on the legs on Friday, which is where I had the most pain.

    I found and started using daily workout apps. Today: 2 ab workouts 1 butt workout 1 leg workout It was great and easy to do and I started out at lowest level and can slowly bud up as I go along and get better build more strength
