Yesterday, was a 30 min. hike with my dogs and Cathe Friedrich's, Core Max. Not a lot but something. It felt good to be outside in nature. The dogs (Dubhe and Kodiac) had fun too.:) They also keep the bears away. Their my hero's.

Yesterday, was another total body lifting day. I warmed up with Cathe Friedrich - step workout. I love my step bench. I think it went out of style, spinning took over and now it's zumba but I don't care, it's still my favorite.

Gawd that was hard.
All dumbbell work so the work out starts when you pick them up and end when you put them down. I find setting two 70 lb dumbbells back where they belong after using them. There is a name for that but my mind has slippage.

Went for a 4 mile power walk. Oregon is so beautiful with all the rivers and trees. I enjoyed it immensely. Later that evening I did Rodney Yee's - Power Yoga - Power Foundation. It felt so good to relax my mind and stretch my body.
