Didn't fell like doing anything, but after doing my abs legs and butt then a fast 20min walk I fell great, exercise is the key to felling good in you body and mind.

I finally got myself to workout in the comfort of my home, I did pretty well. I was able to do 10 mins of cardio and do 2 reps of workouts on every area of my body. It's not the best, but it is a new start.

20 minutes of stairs in the morning. At night I did 45 minutes of jogging, stairs and upper body training (3 min jog, 2 min stairs, and some training). I also did a few minutes of yoga for relaxation.
