    I worked out with my trainer yesterday...I felt I gave 100% effort. I felt so pumped about my workout yesterday that I set in my head last night that I was gonna' get up and go jog. I woke up and it was so chilly and my bed felt so good and warm.....

    20 minutes of step aerobics in the morning. 40 minutes of jogging and stairs (3 min jog 3 min stairs) in the afternoon. At night I did 30 minutes of strength training mixed with jump rope.
