    I started the first day of home fitness program. I've been in the habit of treadmill running off and on, so I definitely wasn't prepared for any weight training. But I feel good! Can't wait to get further into this program. Excited!

    Joggging minimally, 1-3 times a week. Casual pace, 10-11 min miles. Dieting is going extremely well. Feeling like a rock star! Weight this morning was 187.6 lbs. 22 pounds lost since March 1st!

    Started the session at 7.15 pm. Ended at 9.25 pm. Couldn't do the inclined push up properly cz I heard my own bones making a "tuck, tuck" sound. :( couldn't do that workout properly afterwards!
